All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or messagecontaining tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India. Our logistics partners ensure safe and reliable delivery to most serviceable pin codes.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking system.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, the package may be returned to us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Sukhayubhava Pharmaceutical will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our customer support team.
