Dissolution in Hot Water

Crush the raw Shilajit into smaller pieces and immerse them in hot water, using approximately two to four times the amount of water relative to the Shilajit. Step 5

Sun Drying

After collecting the purified Shilajit, shape it into a bolus and dry it under direct sunlight. This natural drying method helps retain the bioactive compounds and enhances the potency of the final product.
