Refund Policy for Sukhayubhava Holistic Ayurveda & Panchkarma

At Sukhayubhava Holistic Ayurveda & Panchkarma, our goal is to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes a customer may not be completely satisfied with their purchase, and that is why we have a refund policy in place. If you are not satisfied with the services you received from Sukhayubhava Holistic Ayurveda & Panchkarma, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the service. This request must be made in writing and should be sent to wecare@sukhayubhava.com. Our team will review your request and will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. The following conditions must be met in order to be eligible for a refund:
  • The product or service must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • The product or service must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
If the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. In the case of a dispute, Sukhayubhava Holistic Ayurveda & Panchkarma reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the refund. Please note that this refund policy applies only to products and services purchased directly from Sukhayubhava Holistic Ayurveda & Panchkarma. If you purchased our products or services from a third-party, please contact that party for their refund policy.
